A hybrid registration would be used to register 2025 S.E.A students assigned to the College, as described below.
Mandatory In-Person Registration
This will be held on Thursday 10th July 2025 at 8:30 a.m at the College.
Please bring with you all supporting documents outlined below.
It is recommended that the Registration Form and other relevant forms below in the Documents Centre be downloaded and completed in advance.

- Student's Birth Certificate
Photos and/or pdf files must not be blurry.

Supporting Documents for In-Person Registration on Thursday 10th July 2025
- Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
- Supporting Medical documents (where applicable)
- Baptism Certificate (original and photocopy)
- Two (2) recent passport-size pictures with student’s name and class written at the back
- Completed and signed Registration Form
- Recent Court Orders (Child Custody)
S.E.A Transfers
Transfer Out - Parents/Guardians whose son/ward have been assigned to St. Anthony's College and who are interested in transferring out, are advised to register their son/ward at the College and apply for a transfer at registration. Printed transfer application forms would be available at the College on the day of registration and can also be downloaded from the Document Center below.
Transfer In - Parents/Guardians whose son/ward have been assigned to another Secondary School and who are interested in transferring into the College, are advised to register their son/ward at their assigned school and apply for a transfer at the said school using the prescribed transfer application form.
Other Information
Parents/Guardians whose son/ward have been assigned to St. Anthony’s College and:
- are not accepting their son’s placement are advised to submit a completed “Parent Declaration Form” as soon as possible to the College’s Office. The “Parent Declaration Form” can be downloaded from the Document Center below.
- are accepting their son’s placement but are unable to attend the Registration Day, are advised to inform the College at the earliest time via email, [email protected]. These Parents/Guardians are advised to register at the earliest time possible or have a close family member register their son/ward on Thursday 10th July 2025. A letter of authorization would be needed in the case of a close family member.
