Graduating Class of 2014

Dear Parent/Guardian/Student,

Notice is hereby given regarding Graduation 2014 and the subsequent Dinner and Dance:-

  • The Graduation Ceremony would take place on Thursday 24th April 2014 at 1.00pm at the Church of Navity, Crystal Street, Diego Martin. Parents and relatives are invited. The graduating students are to wear full dress uniform and are expected to conform to the College’s rules of proper grooming and attire for this event. The program will start with a Mass, after which school leaving certificates, individual student Examination timetables, and CSEC/CAPE rules and regulations would be distributed to students in attendance. Therefore, ALL graduating students are asked to make all efforts to attend the Graduation Ceremony.

 

  • The Graduation Dinner and Dance will be held on  on Wednesday 18th June 2014 at the Cascadia Hotel.  The cost per ticket is $350.00 and in order to secure a booking , interested Parents/Guardians and Graduating Students of 2014 are required  to make a down payment of $200.00 on or before Friday 25th April 2014.

Other Matters

  • Graduation RingsParents/Guardians and Graduating Students  can visit Mouttet Jewellers, Ellerslie Plaza to place an order for their son’s/daughter’s graduation ring.  The costs are as follows:-
Silver $350 Full payment required
10K yellow/white $1,900 $1,300 deposit required
14K yellow/white $2,800 $1,800 deposit required

 

  • Visits by 2014 Graduates: ALL 2014 Graduates visiting the College on Friday 25th April 2014 and thereafter for academic purposes, are expected to be in proper school uniform and must conform to the College’s rules of proper grooming and attire. Graduates who fail to adhere to this policy will not be allowed on the College’s compound.
  • Security Fees and Government textbooks: Parents/Guardians are asked to settle all outstanding security fees before the end of Term III. Furthermore, Parents/Guardians are to ensure that ALL Government loaned textbooks are returned before the end of Term III.
